2020 - Town Board needs to choose from the following projects:

Plank Hill Lane (1.25 miles, grind, base, overlay. Estimate is $125K)
Nessa Lane (1.00 miles, grind, base, overlay. Estimate is $100K)
Creamery Road (Hwy G-County JJ-2.00 miles, grind, base, overlay. Estimate is $200K. Looking @ possibly partnering with the Ho Chunk Nation.
Kimball Avenue (Lynn Hill to County HWY G-1.00-mile, grind, base, overlay. Estimate is $100K.
Swiggum Lane (County HWY G-West to Green Grove-grind, base, overlay. (Need estimate.)
Swanson (grind, base, overlay. (Need Estimate)
Gruenwald Lane (grind, base, overlay. (Need estimate)

Preventative Maintenance Projects

2019 Projects

Rebuild Lynn Hill Road from County AA to County Road G. (approximately 3.5 miles) Project to include grinding, additional gravel, & widening of road to 24’. Estimated cost is $585K, to be paid by combination of a generous grant from the Ho Chunk Nation & State of WI-TRID Road grant. Town of Port Edwards to borrow money to cover cost of project until grant monies are reimbursed.
Wilhorn Road-Hwy G to Kimball Avenue. Pulverize, add 3” road base, & 1.5” asphalt overlay. Estimated cost=$93K. (5,344 feet)
Replace bridge on Creamery Road. Convert to bottomless culvert, 12’ arch. Apply for Wood County 50/50 bridge replacement program. Estimated cost of $25K-$30K before Wood County 50/50 potential grant.
